Unanswered: Sort a report by a sum

    Hello,

I have a report that has the sum of sales for each company. I was wondering if there's a way to sort from that sum.

    Thanks

Is it a row of a table/query? Or is this calculated within the report?

    seems to me. . .

Have you given any thought on making a select query that will get the results you need and using that to create the report. This will give you a finer control of your data and presentation.

How would I go about doing the calculations in a query? Sorry, I'm new to Access so anything you can give me I would appreciate.

    Thanks
