Unanswered: Enabling multiple constraints on a table in parallel

I am considering enabling more than one constraints on a very large table(100m rows), at the same time. Is it possible? Will I run into read contention??

This table has check constraints, not null and unique constraints as well.

I was wondering if anybody had a similar situation and how did they go about it!!

    Thanks in advance

    Why wouldn't it be possible?

It is obvious that you (and your table) lived without constraints till now; why didn't you enable them earlier - for example, when this table was created? 100 million rows is a large table; are you sure you'll be able to enable those constraints now? You might encounter foreign key problems (parent key not found, for example). But, if you know everything's OK with your data, I guess enabling them won't hurt.
