I am running Analysis Manager on a server where I have full admin and OLAP Admin rights through Windows authentication. My cube catalog has a data source pointing to a SQL Server where I have a specific user login/password that allows me access to my source database.

When I test connect in the data source I have no problems. When I Edit my cubes I have no problems, I can pick tables/views from my source database fine.

The problem arises when I try to process my dimensions, I get a
"Data source provider error: [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.;08001; Time:14/02/2005 12:39:13".

Surely when the dimensions processes it uses the login details saved in my data source - the ones that pass the 'test connect' test? I dont see why I only have a connection prob when I go to process. Will it be something to do with my limited rights on the source database server? I do have full OLAP Admin rights on the server running Analysis services.
