Is there a way to, after an Access report has been opened, export it to excel. I know how to send a table or query results to excel. But when viewing a report, the users want to send the outputs to Excel. Right now they publish it to word, and save it as a unicode txt file, then open the txt file with excel.

No, the users are really just looking for the data output to excel. They want to be able to export the data from the printpreview of the report. It would be nice if i could put a command button on the report, but that's not possible.
Is there a way to do it using a macro or function linked to a help menu item?
