    Unanswered: Executing a stored procedure

    I'm very new to VB. I am currently working with VB 6.0. I'm sure this is a very simple request, but I'm looking for the basic command to execute a SQL stored procedure from VB. Thanks for your help.

    Assumed that the name of stored procedure is stproc1

    dim rscomm as new adodb.command
    rscomm.Activeconnection='Your connection
    rscomm.commandtext=stproc1
    rscomm.CommandType = adCmdStoredProc
    rscomm.Execute

    Popskie
