    Unanswered: Mail Merge - losing link to database

    I am running a database through our Intranet. Staff can select records from their screen view and then need to merge the selected records into Word by clicking on the Word template.

    the template then opens, asks for the staff ref no and should then allow them to merge their selection.

    It works perfectly from my pc. But will not work from anywhere else. When my tester clicks on the link to launch Word it opens Word in IE rather than launching the application which stops the merge working
