Unanswered: Pass data from one table to another

I have created a four page registration form which uses Access as the database (asp files). On the first page the user has to insert their member ID number, as well as other information, which inserts into table1. The user presses the submit button and is transferred to the second page which inserts information into table2 and so on for page 3 and 4. I need to have the memberID number inserted into each of the tables (2, 3 & 4) as it is the primary key. I could have the members insert their number on each of the pages but I think that is a little annoying and their is a concern they may not type it in correctly each time.

How do I pass the Member ID from page 1 and have it inserted automatically into MemberID fields for tables 2 3 & 4?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.
