    Unanswered: Color Field if fulfil condition

    Hi,

    Need help on this matter.
    On my crystal report, there are fields which are taklen from the database.
    i need to put in a condition where if this particular field data return 0,
    the background of this particular field must be green in color else red.
    how do i do that?

    In the format editor(Border) of that particular field, i put in condition for the backgroud color part.
    eg......
    if {spPA_eMDT_DateShift_Employee;1.SDC_1}="Setup" then true

    error comes out Theformula result must be a number

    how do i overcome this problem

    Exclamation Conditional Formatting

    In the design view of crystal Report Select Column goto to Format and Select Formulae Button of Font and write

    If Tablename.ReportColumnname <=0 then
    Red
    Else
    Blue


    It works. in the same way u could format all columns or what condition u want u could put.
