    Replace space with ;

    Why not just highlight the column in the table and do a Find/Replace? Put in a space for the find, a ; for the replace and change the Match: to Any Part of field. Be careful about the names though. What if you have John A Smith?

    Otherwise, you can run an update query and utilize the instr or replace function.
