Unanswered: Loading COMP-3 data into DB2

I'm more of a PC guy so bear with me.

I need to load a cobol flatfile into DB2 using DB2 LOAD utility.

    05 FM-BALN-I PIC 9(13)V99 COMP-3.
    05 FM-BRCH-I PIC 9(03) COMP-3.
    05 FM-DIVS-I PIC 9(03) COMP-3.
    05 FM-LCHG-I PIC 9(07) COMP-3.

How do I implement it in this format?

LOAD DATA REPLACE LOG YES INDDN SYSREC00 INTO TABLE
    GAGFSEA.SETR_FMS_GL_LIST
    (
    GL_ACCOUNT POSITION( 1 )
    CHAR( 10),
    RESP_CTR POSITION( 14 )
    CHAR( 4),
    DESCRIPTION POSITION( 24 )
    CHAR( 30),
    CONTROL_FLG POSITION( 54 )

    THANKS,
    Dicken

I think you are loading data into DB2 for z/OS or OS/390, but not 100% sure. But if so, a comp-3 data element would be defined as a DB2 DECIMAL column in a DB2 table.
