Exclamation Unanswered: Eep! Can't unprotect my vba!

    Hi there,

I protected my vba last week by password, but now my access database is running into problems regarding code that it cannot run.

When I try to enter the password to get into the code, it freezes my computer.

Has this every happened to anyone else?

    I can't get my code!

    Thanks,

    Cherish

    Ummmm .... Per Access Help:

Secure Visual Basic for Applications code in Access databases
Secure Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications code with a password

    ...

Important If you forget your password, it can't be recovered, and you won't be able to view or edit the VBA code.
Back to Access ... ADO is not the way to go for speed ...

A coworker lost his VBA password and was able to find some demo/shareware to reset it. Saved his rear. I know yours isn't lost but it might be worth a last ditch effort. Sorry I didn't keep the link but there were several when googling VBA Password Recovery.
    Good luck.
