    Unanswered: Network Table

I'm trying to open a table on a network path from code...
    the path and table is
    CSC_MDFS1\COMMON\ts_bp.mdb "Master"
any help? I need to open the table to search its records and return certain fields. I can do the rest of it, I just need the code to connect and open the table. Thanks....

Have you tried linking to the table? Then you don't have to worry about the path as it will 'exist' inside your database

This won't work because this is a front end that will be on multiple users computers...everyone might have it in a different location...

Eh? The location of the table is going to change depending on which user is user it?

No, the path will stay the same but the drive letter might be different

    Maybe

Dont you need a \\ in front of the logical name of the drive?

i would assume so....the table name is "Master" and the db is located: \\CSC\common\BP.mdb
