    Where do you have this line of code? In what event? Also, are you certain that txtTrack is the correct spelling? Is txtTrack enabled?

    Did you try placing it in the AfterUpdate Event of that field you are in? If that field name is "txtTrack" then just place that in the code, not sure you need to place the "me" part.
