    Unanswered: Report question. person's info on second page

    my report does not have fixed rows. some user have extra rows in table. for example, john has more info. Anyway, it looks something like this

    ==========This is report====================
    Mark
    0393 locationinfo state City otherinfo

    john
    9393 locationinfo state City otherinfo
    locationinfo2 state2 City2 otherinfo2

    steve
    9303 locationinfo state City otherinfo
    ====================================

    *********************************************
    The problem is that sometimes, steve's info
    (9303 locationinfo state City otherinfo ) is shown on the next page, and his name on the current page. for example like this.
    ====
    Mark
    0393 locationinfo state City otherinfo

    john
    9393 locationinfo state City otherinfo
    locationinfo2 state2 City2 otherinfo2

    steve
    ====
    **************************************
    is there anyway, to show all the rows for each user in the same page. i would not mind, if both steve and his info is shown on the second page, but not the other way around.

    Thanks in advance for help.

    Take a look at the "Keep Together" property in the section detail (click on the detail bar then select properties). In your case it may be that you have created User as a Group level in which case click on that group bar etc.

    Hello Mark!

    I suppose that this field, (Mark, Steve) is a group field, (Group Header). In "Sorting and Grouping" dialog box set
    "Keep Together" (Whole Group" or With First Detail").
