    Unanswered: #error In Records

    I have a Function that Get data from a Comments Field

    But if the Comments field has no data in it puts #ERROR in the feild

    anyone have a work around

    it because the function does not get run if field is blank

    KM:GetKM([COMMENT]) <- is what I have

    In your function, GetKM, you will have to have the comment parameter set to a variant. That way you can pass a null to the function.

    OR

    You can call the function like this:
    KM:GetKM(Nz([Comment],""))

    Assuming the parameter in your function is a string.
