Unanswered: Novice at coding - TransferSpreadsheet

Been using Access for a while with decent success. But now I find I may need to use some coding to get what I need done....

    Here is the SitRep:

An Excel Spreadsheet comes to me once a week with updated data.(Same filename each week)
There are 7 Worksheets(One for each day of the week)
I have 7 tables in Access corresponding to the name of each worksheet
I want to be able to update the tables in Access by importing the worksheets from Excel.
I want to have a command button on my main switchboard to have the update happen automatically

    Any help would be appreciated

    Sample Importing form

Here's a sample importing form. This may or may not help you but I thought I'd send it anyway. Maybe you can use some part of it in your code.

Not exactly sure what it does... It seems to only look for txt files... not xls files
If I was importing a txt file... does it update/replace table?
