Unanswered: Using FOXPCOMP to Compile a FoxPro Program
This is my first posting to this group.
I haven't used FoxPro in over 13 years, however, an old client now requires a change to a program. I can make the program change, however, I do not know how to compile the program. I spoke to another programmer and he said that I need to use the FOXPCOMP command, but I also need to use several switches (he believes I need to use the -U switch and at least one other.)
Does anybody out there know the full command that I need to use??
What did you use to make the change - was it FoxPro itself or some other text editor?
Do you have access to the version of FoxPro originally used?
Is the application a bunch of .prgs/.fxps, a .app, a .exe?
I don't know what FOXCOMP is, so I can't suggest anything there.
