    Unanswered: Can I put a page border on a report??

    I would like to have a page border on a report. Can this be done and if so, how? Appreciate any help!

    Yes, maybe like 1/2 inch from the outside of page to frame the report. I am just trying to make my reports look a little more professional. Usually, in Word the page border sets off the page. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Borders can be defined by using the line controls

    it can be done, however your major hurdle is going to be if the row detail (or headers / footers) can change in size. Usuallu this is if you have set the cangrow / can shrionk properties to true. if so you have to find a way of resizing the lines

    Assuming not you need a horizontal line with 2 verticals for the report and page headers and footers, in each detail 2 vertical lines, and also in each group header & footer. You need tobe carefull that the lines line up (not a problem, but it can be a pain when your edit the rpoert over time.
