    Exclamation Unanswered: materialized views...

    hi,

Let assume that, have created around 5 materialized views. we can specify the frequency for its execution.

but i need to do the following:

execute these MV as a sequence

    exec MV 1 then
    exec MV 2 then
exec MV 3 and so on..

i cannot predetermine the time each view runs as it grows everyday...

so , is there a way i can achieve this..

    thanks in advance,

Place ALL five "EXEC" commands in a single file/procedure; and then invoke it.
Then they HAVe to run in the desired order!
You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.

THAT MEANS, i need to do a refresh on demand. but i also want to use the option force refresh type. I wish to do a force refresh rather than a complete refresh
