    Q) For each table the user A has been given a privilege from the user SYSTEM or the user SYS, lists the table name.

    It is not easy to find a tree in a jungle (specific topic in the whole table of contents), especially when being a novice.

    Therefore, you could query a view called 'user_tab_privs_recd' (or even 'all_tab_privs_recd') which will show object grants for which the current user is the grantee.

    Query you need might be this:

    SELECT table_name, privilege
    FROM user_tab_privs_recd
    WHERE grantor IN ('SYS', 'SYSTEM');
