Question Unanswered: Need to find 10th percentile record...

I have a list of lab results, sorted by result (descending). I need to create a report which diplays all results, with the 10th percentile record highlighted. In this case, I have 116 records. This would make my 10th percentile record the 12th record in the report.

Does anyone know of any way to have a report assign numbers to each record?

Here's a copy of my data:
    sampledate projectname PBResult
    6/21/2005 June-Sept 2005 83
    7/7/2005 June-Sept 2005 36

OK - here I am again. I was able to highlight the record. I used the running sum field, and calculated the 10th percentile record using (count([pbresult])*.1) to get my record number and used conditional formatting to highlight it based on the running sum and the calculated 10%.

It worked perfectly, however, now, I'd like to use that record value in a summary report in the group footer. I can't seem to use the calculated fields in any kind of summary data - it doesn't recognize it. Any ideas??
