    Unanswered: Need Help with Query

I am using access query to get employees name. In the Employee field, both first and last name are on the same field and this is what it looks like:
    Employee Name
    Lnm, Fnm
    test, steve
    test, lara
    test, brett
    tester, allen
    teste, john
I just want to get employee with last name test only. When i use access query Criteria Like "test" or just "test". I don't get anything.
    Thanks in Advance

... WHERE (NAME LIKE 'Test,%') ... If ADO

... WHERE (NAME LIKE 'Test,*') ... If QBE
Back to Access ... ADO is not the way to go for speed ...
