    Unanswered: DataType

    SELECT Verified.[Escrow Unit], Verified.[File Num], Verified.[Policy Type], Verified.[Policy Date], Verified.[Liability Amt], Verified.Gross, Verified.Remittance, "" AS [Submitted Date], "" AS [Invoice Date], "" AS [Remittance Date] INTO Final
    FROM Verified
    WHERE (((Verified.[Final Status])="Include") AND ((Verified.Verify)="Verified"));

    From above the code, I create the table, Submitted Date, Remittance Date are created, but it is NOT date/time datatype.

    How can I change to the datatype date/time? Thanks a lot. Thanks.

    Use the CDate function. It converts a string into a date, if it is possible.

    If I were you I would create a table with the desired structure and instead of using a make table query I would use a delete query followed by an append query.
