Unanswered: Access Yes/No in a Report

How can I make a check mark in a table show up as a Yes in a report? I tried just doing a look up wizard in the table but the defaul value is 0 or No even if I don' specify a default value, I don't want a default value.

    Hi there,

The easy way that I have it in my databases is, when you base your report on a Query, you pull that CheckBox field from the Table into the Query. Then in Report DesignView when you add your fields, just click to add that same field into the Report. Let me know if you get it going, and if not will try to provide a bit more help later on tonight. Oh, when you pull that data into the report from a data entry form, whatever state the CheckBox is in, carries over to the Report.

    have a nice one,
