    Unanswered: Table size, query size

    I want to know that.

How many records can store in one table?
How many records can run in one query?

Please let me know, thanks a lot. Thanks.

Display the MS Office Agent (little yellow box with a Question Mark in it) and enter the following:

    Access Specifications

Select: Access Specifications when the list is displayed to you. All you need to know is there.

If you don't want to go through all that then.... to put it bluntly:

If your DB is properly organized a table can be 2 gigabyte minus the space needed for the system objects.
And for Queries...your Recordset will provide 1 gigabyte.

If you're reaching anywhere near this point, then boy...I'ld say you should start thinning out a little.
