Try using MS SQL DTS (start, run, dtswiz) with source as your Sybase ODBC datasource and target as your MS SQL server.

Unlike DTS, ASA allows ODBC coonectivity to MS SQL through remote servers option.

MS DTS would fail for certain datatype's. In Sybase Central, setup a remte server to MS SQL, then create proxy tables, INSERT SELECT into proxy tables from ASA to MS SQL would be quickest way.
