My question is : how i can determinate the oracle patch level ? wich command i have to type ?
What is the MSS-OAR-E01-2004 ??? this is a maintenance level ?
Where i can download the patches ?
The Oracle is 9 and run on solaris operating system ...
You can not. As long as you use Oracle for evaluation or educational purposes, it is free. When you start making money with it, you'd have to register and pay the price. Then you'll get the support identifier and be able to download patches.
Also, check this page to see how to identify Oracle software release.
Tnks for your replay ....................
I'am confused .....
My questions is how i can check if the patch :
MSS-OAR-E01-2004:1282.1 is installed ???
which are the command in order to display the state of the patch ?
the following is the patch list that i have to install :
As I already said, I *think* that "MSS-OAR-..." does NOT represent Oracle patch set. I really wouldn't know how to find out whether the one you wrote is installed or not. What is your operating system? OS/2, perhaps? Is there a way to check installed patches such as in MS Windows XP: Control Panel - Add or remove programs; in there you can see, for example, "Windows XP Hotfix - KB890859".
