    Unanswered: concatenating the sql output spaces

    hello.,

    i have a slelect statement SQL query..
    select file_nm from file_control

    output

    PHILIP MORRIS
    WALGREENS
    FREDDY MAC
    DOLLAR STORE
    ACOSTA

    THE DESIRED OUTPUT IS;

    PHILIPMORRIS
    WALGREENS
    FREDDYMAC
    DOLLARSTORE
    ACOSTA

    it means where ever there is space ( like PHILIP MORRIS,FREDDY MAC etc) the query has to remove the space and concatenate both the strings) and display the output.

    the table should not be updated. it is only a select statement.

    can anyone help me please..

    thanks
