Unanswered: "NUMBER" as column name not allowed?

    Hi.

I'm migrating from MS SQL to Oracle and when I try to create a table with a column named "NUMBER" I get an error message.
I tried to rename from "NUMBER" to "NUMERO" and it worked.
So I think oracle doesn't let me use "NUMBER" as column name, right?

    Thanks

You cannot used reserved words as column names. I would highly suggest coming up with a much more descriptive term like all_numbers, number_lookup...etc.
