My company is using a system where e-mails come in through Outlook, they are then exported as Excel CSV, and then imported into FileMaker3 so they can all be browsed and answered by a support team. When importing into FileMaker, I must specify wich colums are to populate specific fileds in FileMaker. It is a little dedious. Are there any tools out there that can make this entire process automated? There must be some sorting through the e-mails before exporting to CSV in order to delete spam.
