    Unanswered: Database Logon

I was setting user passwords and security for a database I have been working on for weeks. After closing and reopening I am prompted for a logon password. Not only for that database, for any other database I try and open. How can I get back in and reset passwords, and why are all my other databases locked now. Thanks in advance.

Are all of your databases using the same workgroup file? Find out which workgroup you're joined to by running wrkgadm. Sounds like you may have been logging in as the Admin user (default user), and have maybe assigned the admin user a password. Gimme more details and i'll have a better idea of how to help. Ideally, you want to have a seperate workgroup file for each database that has a different group of users, and connect to it with a shortcut. Check www.geocities.com/jacksonmacd for a pretty dern good tutorial on access security.
