    Unanswered: Linking

    Hi good morning, this is my first time here.

    So I am using Microsoft Access to create a database. I have created query that will show all data that has the word "booster" the query works. So I went on to create a form that has a command button"booster" and when click on I want a list of the data that has the word "booster" to show up in a listbox.

    How do I link the command button to the query and to send the result to the listbox.

    I know that I may have to use code but where do I start?

    Thanks to anyone who can help me.

    What you're talking about in "access" terms is changing the rowsource property of the listbox, and then requerying it. The code to do this is fairly simple:

    yourListBox.RowSource = "FilteredQueryGoesHere"
    oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.
