    Unanswered: Learn VBA

I am a new member. I have been assigned to develop a relational database based on a DOS program. I have managed to import the data into an .mdb format and now need to build a database that relates all the different units and their data to be able to access it from one form.

I need to learn a lot of access\sql and more so, VBA.

Please help me find the right sources, but if you suggest books, that may take time, however excellent and user friendly books are know books for IT experts who are beginners in databases, especially VBA.

    Any help will be appreciated.

If you want skills RIGHT NOW, I would recommend taking a night class. There is no substitute for being able to ask an instructor face-to-face about the little bits you may not understand. On the book tip, I got my feet wet with "Microsoft Access 2000 Comprehensive Concepts and Techniques" by Shelly Cashman. It was decent and it did the trick. I'm not sure it was all that much better than the plethora of freely available online tutorials though.

Here's a link to that book btw
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.
