    Unanswered: convert from minutes

how can i convert a field from minutes to hours.
in the database this value is stored as minutes.
    i.e. : 480.............if i could divide by /60
    i'd have 8 hrs
i dont see anywhere i could do this.
    any help is appreciated.
    thanks

    figured this one out too

i also figured this one out but i had to take care of it on the Oracle Ref Cursor Side.
it allowed me to use a ROUND((myColumn)/60,2) on that one column but only if i removed the DISTINCT keyword at the beginning of the select statement.

I re-iterate, Create a formula and use the arguments below, considering your field contains numbers and they are supposed to be minute values.

    Minute(TIme(0,0,0)) + ({tblData.MinInNumbers}/60)

    Good luck
