Smile Unanswered: Automatically E-mailing an Access Report

    Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me out with something.

Ideally, I want to be able to e-mail 3 sepaprate reports to 3 different people (on a daily basis) through Access:

1.) Is the "SendObject" macro the best way to do it?
2.) Is there a better way?
3.) Is there a way to have Access do it automatically every day?

I've seen some examples of code but I'm not sure about what's the best way? And what I've seen so far look kind of cofusing.

    Thanks!!

    Allie

Not really, unless you're pretty comfortable with manipulating microsoft outlook objects

Sure, there a couple ways to do this. The most straightfoward is to use windows scheduling and kickoff your email from an autoexec macro.
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.
