I have an Access database that contains individual records of all work items carried out within my team.
I wish to create a query that monitors the Service level Agreements that are linked to to these work items.
The Database Fields I wish to use are Start Date/Time compared to End Date/Time, these then need to be linked to the SLA for individual Call Types (ie) Password Resets or Logon Resets which are identified in the database field Call Type. I also have other call types which are affected by longer SLA's, but presume any solution can be tailored accordingly.
The query would need to identify all calls which fall out of the SLA of 15 minutes for Password or Logon Resets.
I do not know if this is possible and I am new to Database design, I do not have any VB skills but I am a good learner.
