If you are looking for a universal job scheduler, then Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) is used by a number of our Customers. This can schedule jobs which are running on different Operating Systems, and not just DB2 jobs.

We are using sitescope as a scheduler cum monitoring tool. It will be verymuch useful to notify the errors on scheduled run.
