    Unanswered: OLE objet in REPORT/FORM

Seems I can't open OLE (pdf) oblect in report. But I can't make a form repeat like a report does can I? I need to see more than one record per page and that is why I chose report to begin with then I hit a brick wall with the link business
    Any suggestions.. Please help.

    1. You'll need to provide some detail about HOW you're trying to open the object
    2. Yes, you can. Have a look at "continuous forms"
oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

    ole object reportform

    thanks for the reply.
Here is the deal. For simplicity assume I have employee database where I see the pics of each employee on a report or form (more than one employee per page) I want to be able to click on a link.. to open a pdf file or be redirected to http address.

The report only provides the stupid mag glass. the continous form will not refresh each OLE object inpendentaly. i am stuck! Also.. tried ecport report to .rtf. But the OLE pictures are lost in the way.

    sorry for the long text.

    ole

feel like I am in spain! OLE!

Forgot to mention that the link is just a name of a file that corresponds to each employee. So when I see an employee I'm interested in.. I go to the file (next to his picture).. click and get their information. eithe call acrobat or redirect,

    hope its clear!

Maybe the followhyperlink method is what you're looking for?
