    Unanswered: Need Help!!!!! Big Project!!!!!

    when using a combo box to look up some info on a form the code builder pops up titled Microsoft Visual Basic and in the pop up it says....Compile Error: Cant find project or Library

    On code builder it has highlighted in yellow private sub combo38_AfterUpdate

    Check your references, check your combo box name and check for ambiguous subroutines.
    oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

    is there ever a problem with goin from a dell to a different brand like a toshiba or gateway

    No, not like that. There can be a problem moving from one machine to another if the second machine doesn't have proper references set in Access...
    oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

    It looks to me you just copied the source code of an application from another computer to another one. When you do that, remember also to copy your VB setup from where it was original designed. Check the Project - Reference and Components set up. YOu're missing something, a component or referencing dll's.
