    Unanswered: list box add/remove text

    I hope you can understand this

    I have a form that has a list box that showes a query of incomplete [id number] records these are records that have been started but not completed the reson is so this id number can not be used tell the current record has been finished I have a pulldown box that has the id numbers to start a new record and these numbers can be used over and over how would I remove the id number from a list box or show inactive tell the above record has been complete any help would be great

    Depends on how you're tracking whether a record is complete.
    oh yeah... documentation... I have heard of that.

    Try changing your list box's RowSource property to something like this:

    Code:
    SELECT Field1 FROM Table1 Where Table1.Field2 Is Not Null;
