    Unanswered: printer problem

    Anybody please help me about the printer. I have a user want to print the letter from tray3, he slects the tray3, but it always print from tray2. I tried by myself. It is the same thing. Anybody can help me?

    This must be another one of those situations where there is a problem with the database. Can anyone figure out exactly how the database is causing a printer problem??

    I knew this is not right place to post it. But i need urgent help as i always got help from here. Our printer has different tray for different users. They are waiting for me to figure out.

    Have you thought about contacting the printer manufacturer ... their tech support might be able to help!

    I guess just make sure you have the current driver downloaded and installed from the manufacturer's website.
    If it's not practically useful, then it's practically useless.

    I don't know abut the driver. But i can check. Actually it works fine for other word file. Just the word file he received from email doesn't work.

    He has. It was suggested in a similar thread in the MS Access forum...

    If printing from tray 2 instead of tray 3 is an emergency in your company, then I wish I had your low-stress job. I have this vision of people getting the blue screen of death and then jumping off the roof in despair...
