    I am developing a database for my property owners association and I was wandering if there is a way to pull the data entered into one form to go another form automatically. If someone could pin point me in the correct direction.

    Set a record source (a table where data will be saved) for the form, then use unbound textboxes and assign them to the fields from the record source. Then create a command button and insert a code that looks like this

    Dim Msg, Style, Title, Help, Response
    Msg = "Are you sure you want to add this record?"
    Style = vbYesNo + vbQuestion + vbDefaultButton2
    Title = "Add Record?"

    ' prompt for confirmation to add
    Response = MsgBox(Msg, Style, Title)
    If Response = vbYes Then ' if user choose yes
    DoCmd.GoToRecord , , acNewRec
    Else ' if user choose no
    DoCmd.CancelEvent 'make it do something else

    End If
