    Unanswered: Data Entry Form

I'm pretty new to access. Can somebody please help me in designing a simple data entry screen. What I need is a form that has 4 text boxes and a command button to save the values into a table. One that takes a drivers name, truck number, trailer number and the fourth chassis. I just need to make a simple data entry form for a gate security guard to log what comes in and out of the yard. Your help is much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,

    Erick

I suggest you use the form wizard as a start point. When prompted, select the table where your data is stored.

There's no real need for a save button as your data is saved when you exit the form or move to the next record.
