Unanswered: Taking the DB info and putting it into the form via Scrolling

A friend of mine setup this form where if you scroll down it will take you to the next database entry. (Autonumber is 9 and you scroll it takes you to 10).

I want to do the same thing on my form but don't know how to setup the form to display the text from the database. I know how to grab information from the database and display it in the form but I don't know how to change the db entry via scrolling...can anyone provide some direction/assistance on this?

Sounds to me like your friend had his/her form set up as a Continuous Form. Go to the Format tab in the properties window and under Default View, select Continuous Form.
