Question Unanswered: MSSQL2000 Client Unable to create new table

    HELP!
I'm new to SQL Server and I'm sure this is a simple problem.
But I can't seem to solve it.
    Here's the problem:
My website & MS SQL 2000 Server are being hosted by Networksolutions.
Thru the Client Enterprise Manager I am Unable to create a New Table.
This is the error message I get:
" [MS Design Tools]-ODBC error: [Microsoft] [ODBC SQL SERVER DRIVER] [SQL SERVER] SELECT permission denied on object 'sysobjects', database 'namedb', owner'db' "

Someone must grant you the necessary permissions for the database.
You're not authorized to create objects, simply.
