Unanswered: Autonumber - can it produce duplicates?

Up to 20 sales staff will be using the order system I am designing. At the moment, I use an autonumber as the primary key. With 20 staff keying in orders at the same time, is it possible that the autonumber will be duplicated if they both make a new entry at the same time? Cheers.

Nope. Apart from the autonumber generating distinct values, you have specified it as a primary key so there is also a column constraint.
