    Unanswered: Refering to subform subform?

Well.. this had to happen.. I need to relate to a field in subform's subform...

    How do you do that?

I was thinking in the lines of sub1!sub2!field.value but apparently access wants the seconds element to be a field and not an object...

Any one care for a good guess? Thanks and merry Christmas

I believe there is more than one syntax depending on how old you are but this usually works for me:

    Forms!myMainFormName.Form!MySubFormName!mySubFormField.Value

Note where I have used ! (exclamation mark) and . (fullstop)

This should also work (in VBA code only):

    Form_sub2.field.value

    .
