Unanswered: Force user to enter date

I have a parameter form that has a StartDate and an EndDate. I don't want the report to display if both dates are left blank. I would like a message to appear letting the user know they have to enter a date range.

Maybe some code for the command button that runs the report. So when the user clicks on the command button it looks at the StartDate and EndDate fields to make sure something is in there.

This is probably simple, but I can't figure it out.
