    Unanswered: Oracle restart after reboot

    Hi,

I installed Oracle 10g (on linux) and the database is up and running,
    and the webinterface http://localhost:5500/em/ works
and the /u01/app/oracle/product/10.1.0/Db_1/bin/tnslsnr LISTENER -inherit runs.
But if I reboot my linux system, the webinterface has gone and the tnslsnr is not running.
How can I start these processes ? Everything is done during installation and kept hidden for me. Where can I find a description of which processes of the Oracle suite I can start ?

    with kind regards,
    Harry van Rijn

    Cool

Basically what you're going to find is that you'll have to write or enable the rc script.

    /etc/init.d/
    /etc/rc?.d/
    man update-rc.d

Oracle provides this rc script template at: $OH/bin as dbstart and dbshut
