Unanswered: Accessing Sybase with an XP Limited Account?

Hey folks... Here's the quick explenation of the problem I'm having... I'm running a Sybase DB at my store... just reformatted all the computers and reinstalled everything (Windows XP Professional). Here's the kicker... Everything works fine if I'm logged in with an XP Administrator account, however when I login with a limited account (which I'd REALLY prefer my employees do), I get an error when trying to connect to the database...

    ModName: kernel32.dll
    ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180
    Offset: 0001eb33

Is there some option in control panels/administrative tools I need change or something like that?

Thanks, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes! you need to start Sybase as a service using the SYSTEM account and not the admin account.

Thanks, but how do I get a system account... in control panel/user accounts, I only see administrator or limited... I tried to create a new user group called system, but it told me it was taken... other than that I've seen no way to get access to an account called system... any ideas... and yes, i'm well aware that i'm asking noob questions.
